Poduct Highlights

The Market’s Only Full-Chassis Solution

The only 20-piece system that replaces the entire suspension kinematic chain on both Front and Rear axles. While competitors offer partial solutions, Verkline provides a total overhaul—including all Control Arms, Tie Rods, Drop Links, and Inserts—to fully correct geometry, enable necessary adjustability and eliminate 100% of rubber compliance.

Safety Architecture

We engineered the only CNC-milled Caster Arm on the market to eliminate the risks of competitor straight-rod designs. Our unique geometry provides essential clearance to prevent tie-rod collisions and actively tilts the bearing housing to optimize articulation, ensuring zero binding even at extreme steering angles.

Total Transformation

Replaces the entire compliant rubber kinematic chain with motorsport spherical bearings to eliminate unwanted deflection. This unlocks the true mechanical grip of the M-chassis, providing instant steering response, precise feedback, and consistent geometry under heavy braking and cornering loads.

Advanced Simulation & Testing

Engineered using the same rigorous simulation protocols we apply for top-tier WRC teams. We digitally subjected every component to 28 extreme load scenarios—including violent curb strikes and combined G-forces—to ensure structural integrity that far exceeds OEM standards, a level of validation rarely seen in the aftermarket.

Engineering Philosophy: Beyond “Adjustability”

The VERKLINE Stage 1 kit is not simply a set of replacement arms; it is a comprehensive kinematic restoration of the BMW F8x chassis.

While the standard market approach is to copy OEM arms in aluminum and add a threaded adjuster, VERKLINE began with a blank sheet 3D scan of the F8x chassis. Over a 12-month development cycle, we mapped every suspension pivot point to identify the fundamental geometric compromises inherent in the factory road car—specifically the non-linear bump steer curves and camber loss during high-load cornering.

“We didn’t just stiffen the suspension; we recalculated it. By replacing the compliant factory rubber ecosystem with our 20-piece solid-link system, we eliminate dynamic alignment changes.” – CEO, Albert Szybinski

Why the “Full Kit” is mandatory

Suspension is a unified kinematic assembly. We do not sell individual arms because mixing components compromises the engineering integrity of the chassis.

We design our parts around a full 3D CAD assembly to verify two critical safety factors:

  • 1. Zero Interference: Guaranteeing no collisions between parts.
  • 2. Bearing Articulation: Ensuring spherical bearings never exceed limits.

Warning: Mixing in third-party components creates a “weakest link” scenario.

What is included (Stage 1)

While many competitors offer kits for this platform that consist of only 8-10 parts, the VERKLINE kit is a complete 20-piece system. It is the only kit on the market with all front arms adjustable.

Technical FAQ

Q: Why is your front Caster Arm a CNC-milled billet part instead of a straight tube?

A: Safety, clearance, and correct geometry. While all other competitors use simple straight rods, we engineered a complex CNC-milled design for three critical reasons:

  • Clearance: A straight rod creates a high risk of collision with the steering tie-rod during suspension travel. Our milled shape provides the necessary clearance naturally without compromising safety.
  • Bearing Articulation: A straight arm forces the spherical bearing to sit in-line with the arm, often exceeding its operating angle. Our milled design allows us to tilt the bearing housing, optimizing the articulation range to prevent dangerous binding.
  • Structural Integrity: Competitors often use long studs or spacers to adjust anti-dive (or simply to avoid collisions), which weakens the stud. We keep the stud length standard for maximum strength. Furthermore, increasing anti-dive on a lowered F8x hurts handling; we address this correctly via our Stage 2 Uprights geometry, rather than using a compromised arm design.

Q: Why do you use inserts for the Rear Upper Arms instead of replacing them?

A: Engineering pragmatism. The OEM BMW rear upper arm is an exceptionally high-quality forged component. Replacing it with a billet arm adds cost and weight without improving performance. The flaw is the rubber bushing. Our kit replaces these with spherical bearings, retaining the superior OEM arm design while eliminating compliance.

Does this kit fix the handling issues on lowered cars?

A: Yes. Lowering an F8x alters the tie-rod angle, introducing “Bump Steer.” Our kit includes adjustable tie rod ends and control arms that allow for individual bump steer correction. The lower trailing arm length is adjustable, giving you full control to “zero out” the bump steer curve.

Q: How does this compare to Chinese-manufactured kits?

A: The difference is bearings and testing. Chinese rod ends often develop play quickly. We use EU-manufactured Getecno motorsport bearings with self-lubricating PTFE liners (used in Pagani). With reinforced PTFE anti-friction liners, forged body, out of 42CrMo4 heat treated steel, for maximum load capacity. The inner ring is out of 100Cr6 carbon steel, hardened, ground and chrome plated.
