Privacy Policy

General Information

This document sets out the privacy rules applicable to the Online Store http://verkline.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store"). Personal Data

Personal data collected by the Administrator is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), the current Polish Personal Data Protection Act, and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002.
The Administrator collects information provided voluntarily by the Customers of the Online Store. However, providing the specified personal data is a condition for placing an order, and the consequence of failing to provide it will be the inability to order products in the store (Customer's first name, last name and postal address, phone number, and e-mail address).
Furthermore, the Administrator may record information about connection parameters, such as IP addresses, for technical purposes, server administration, compiling general statistical demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection originated), as well as for security purposes.
The Administrator makes a special effort to protect the privacy and information about the Customers of the Online Store provided to them. The Administrator carefully selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including programming and organizational nature, to protect the processed data.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the principles of Article 5 of the GDPR:
- processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner
- collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes
- adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary
- accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date
- kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary
- processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data

Legal Basis

The basis for the processing of the Customer's Personal Data is primarily the necessity to perform a contract to which they are a party, or the necessity to take steps at their request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Recipients of Personal Data

The recipients of the Buyer's personal data may be entities fulfilling orders on behalf of the Seller and operating them, such as: accounting firms, installation services, IT solution providers, payment processing companies, banks, marketing service companies, telecommunications service providers, law firms, and authorized state authorities.
Transaction data, including personal data, may be transferred to:

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

Since Customers provide their personal data voluntarily, they have the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Detailed conditions for the exercise of the above rights are indicated in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR Regulation.
