Founded in 2015, VERKLINE has established itself as a global leader in motorsport chassis upgrades, trusted by Rally1 and Rally2 teams and customers in over 50 countries. We distinguish ourselves through complete in-house control - utilizing advanced robotic CNC machining and certified fabrication of aerospace-grade materials to guarantee OEM-level fitment and race-winning durability. Since our foundation, VERKLINE has evolved from passion for motorsport into a global leader in high-performance chassis upgrades. Operating from our 1,835 m² facility in Raszyn near Warsaw, Poland, we design, develop, and manufacture components that define the standards for modern racing and rally suspension.

Our In-House Capabilities

Unlike many brands that outsource production, Verkline maintains complete control over the manufacturing process. Our facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, driven by a team of over 35 mechanical engineers, production specialists, and quality experts.

Advanced CNC Manufacturing: 24/7 Precision

Precision is the heart of Verkline. Our CNC department is a showcase of Industry 4.0 automation, operating continuously to deliver complex geometries with tolerances measured in hundredths of a millimeter.

  • State-of-the-Art Machinery: We utilize a fleet of high-end Swiss 5-axis Micron machines (including HPM 1000U and HPM 800U HD). These machines allow us to machine parts up to 1100x900mm with uncompromised accuracy.
  • Robotic Automation: Our production lines are integrated with FANUC robots and extensive pallet magazines (up to 32 pallets). This allows for unmanned, continuous production runs while maintaining 100% repeatability.
  • Aerospace-Grade Materials: We machine exclusively with premium materials like 15CdV6, 36NiCrMo16, 51CrV4 and Hokotol, ensuring the highest strength-to-weight ratio.

Certified Welding & Fabrication

Welding suspension components requires more than just skill—it requires certification and science. Our fabrication department adheres to the strictest motorsport standards.

  • Certified Quality: We hold the TÜV EN ISO 3834-3 certification, proving our technical competence in fusion welding for metallic materials. We are in the last stages of obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  • Exotic Alloys: Our welders are masters in working with specialized motorsport alloys, including T45, 25CrMo4, and 15CdV6 tubing. These materials are chosen for their exceptional tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
  • Precision Tooling: Every control arm and subframe is welded in dedicated, custom-designed JIGs to guarantee perfect geometry. With 6 fully equipped welding stations working across two shifts, we handle everything from prototypes to series production.

R&D and Simulation: Data-Driven Performance

We design for the limit. Our engineering process goes beyond static drawing; we utilize advanced vehicle dynamics simulation software to bridge the gap between concept and reality.

  • Kinematic Analysis: Before metal is cut, we digitally simulate suspension geometry to analyze complex behaviors such as bump steer, camber gain, and roll center migration. This ensures our components improve handling characteristics.
  • Force Calculation & FEA: By running advanced force module simulations, we determine the exact load paths and stress vectors acting on the suspension. These precise data points are then fed into our Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for static and non-linear structural validation.
  • Digital Twin Technology: Using high-precision 3D laser scanning, we reverse-engineer the vehicle chassis to create a perfect digital environment, ensuring OEM-level fitment.

Quality Control & Logistics

Quality is our obsession. Every single unit undergoes an individual final inspection against a strict technical checksheet.

  • Controlled Environment: All measurements are conducted in a temperature-controlled room (strictly 20°C) to prevent thermal expansion errors.
  • Laser Verification: We use advanced measurement arms with 3D laser scanners for reverse engineering and final quality verification.
