Prototype Manufacturing (CNC & Welding)
Bringing the design to life using advanced 5-axis CNC robotic machining and initial welding JIGs to produce the first functional prototypes for evaluation.
Quality Standards & Checksheet Creation
Analyzing the prototypes to establish strict Quality Control (QC) metrics and detailed checksheets that will govern the final production.

Subjecting the prototypes to extreme stress tests on the track to verify durability and performance under load.
Individual Final Quality Control
