VERKLINE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions

Online Store - the online store available at http://verkline.com/
Customer - a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit that is not a legal person
Consumer - a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity
Product - a movable item available in the Online Store
Order - the Customer's declaration of intent aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller
2. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Online Store, placing orders, delivery, payments, and complaints.
To use the Online Store, a device with Internet access and a web browser is required.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To place an order, you must add Products to the cart, provide the delivery address, choose the payment and delivery method, and confirm the order.
After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation via e-mail.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Available payment methods: bank transfer, payment card, PayPal, Tpay.
Payment should be made within 7 days of placing the order.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer.
Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and Product availability.
Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement.
The Consumer is obliged to return the Products immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract.
7. Complaints
The Seller is obliged to deliver Products free from defects.

The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days.
8. Personal Data
The administrator of personal data is the Seller.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
9. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
