TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE SHOP VERKLINE
1. Definitions

Online Shop - the online shop available at http://verkline.com/
Customer - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person
Consumer - a Customer who is a natural person making a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity
Product - a movable item available in the Online Shop
Order - Customer's declaration of will aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller
2. General Provisions
The Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the Online Shop, placing orders, delivery, payment and complaints.
To use the Online Shop, you need a device with Internet access and a web browser.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To place an order, you need to add Products to the cart, provide delivery address, select payment and delivery method, and confirm the order.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirmation.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT tax.
Available payment methods: bank transfer, payment card, PayPal, Tpay.
Payment should be made within 7 days of placing the order.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer.
Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and availability of Products.
Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller about the decision by an unequivocal statement.
The Consumer shall return the Products immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal.
7. Complaints
The Seller is obliged to deliver Products free from defects.

The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.
8. Personal Data
The administrator of personal data is the Seller.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
9. Final Provisions
The Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
