After an extensive development and testing program, we are proud to make this high-performance rear subframe available to enthusiasts and racers alike. The development process involved 3D laser scanning of the car, detailed CAD design, rigorous FEA (Finite Element Analysis) testing, and comprehensive road tests—ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of durability and performance.

  • High-Performance Materials:
    Constructed using the same T45 tubing found in World Rally Championship (WRC) vehicles, our subframe provides exceptional stiffness and a significant mass reduction. T45 tubing is renowned for its superior strength and durability compared to traditional Co-Mo 4130, and is widely utilized in aerospace applications for its ability to withstand extreme G forces.
  • Lightweight Advantage:
    Our subframe is 6.5 kg lighter than the OEM rear subframe—resulting in a 33% weight reduction on the rear axle. This reduction directly translates into enhanced agility and improved performance on the track.
  • Optimized Component Positioning:
    The rear final drive is repositioned 10 mm upward (approximately ⅜”) to better align the drive shafts, reducing excessive loads on the CV joints. This design change helps prevent premature wear and extends the lifespan of your drivetrain components.
  • Direct Chassis Integration:
    By eliminating traditional rubber mounts and implementing a single, direct mounting point with smaller mounting holes, our design prevents unwanted subframe movement under high loads, ensuring consistent performance even in extreme conditions.
  • Enhanced Adjustability:
    An additional bump steer adjustment feature on the subframe allows fine-tuning of the rear toe link pickup point. This adjustment capability is crucial for achieving the optimal suspension geometry, further enhancing the car’s handling and stability during dynamic driving.
  • Improved Drivetrain Stability:
    Factory rear final drive rubber mountings have been replaced with high-performance race car black polyurethane mounts. These 85ShA mounts significantly reduce drivetrain slop, ensuring a more efficient transfer of torque to the wheels.
